- The Procter & Gamble Company v. The Coca-Cola Company, Case No. 1:04-cv-591 (S.D. Ohio) (represented plaintiff in a patent infringement action involving chemical composition of beverage products)
- Newstex, LLC v. LexisNexis (American Arbitration Association, Dayton, Ohio) (represented respondent in software license dispute involving multi-week arbitration hearing)
