*  A federal district court in Florida granted a motion for summary judgment filed by Ron Raether on behalf of a defendant in an FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) case.

*  On Friday, January 31, 2014, nineteen high school mock trial teams from the Dayton area competed in the Ohio Center for Law-Related Education (OCLRE) 31^st Annual Ohio Mock Trial District Competition.
