Faruki, a trial lawyer with a focus on business litigation, was one of the founders of Faruki Ireland & Cox in 1989. He is a past president of the Dayton Bar Association, and of the Dayton Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Faruki has chaired the Ohio Supreme Court's Commission on Continuing Legal Education, as well as the board of the United States Air Force Museum Foundation. Additionally, he chaired the Bar Examination Committee of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and is a longtime member and past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Antitrust Law Section of the Ohio State Bar Association. Finally, he is a past Chair of the Federal Courts and Practice Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association.
A founding partner of Faruki Ireland & Cox and recognized each year by his peers in the Ohio Super Lawyer poll, Ireland has represented clients throughout the United States in federal and state courts as well as before the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, the SEC, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and the National Advertising Division of the Better Business Bureau. He was selected as a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers, and is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, Ohio State Bar Foundation and Dayton Bar Foundation. Cox has tried cases in both state and federal courts, and has handled numerous arbitrations and mediations before the American Arbitration Association in various jurisdictions. His practice includes class action defense, privacy and data protection, intellectual property litigation, federal regulatory investigations, products liability, media, appropriations, advertising, competition and other business litigation. Cox is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, and a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, the Ohio State Bar Foundation and the Dayton Bar Foundation. He has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer every year. He serves on the Dayton Bar Association's Federal Practice and Civil Trial Practice Committees. A member of the Dayton Lawyers Club, Cox is a past president of the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court. Cox currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Chaminade Julienne.
Donnellon joined Faruki Ireland & Cox as a partner in the Cincinnati office in October 2010. He has devoted his practice to trial work concentrating on business and civil injunctions. Donnellon is admitted to the state bar in Ohio, the Federal Bar in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. From 2008 to 2013, Donnellon was an Adjunct Professor at the UC College of Law teaching advanced Trial Practice and was given the Adjunct Faculty Teaching Excellence Award.
Wright’s areas of practice include advertising and commercial/products liability matters; he also has been involved in federal multi-district litigation and technology-related litigation. In addition to being a Barrister in the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court, Wright is an active member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association. He is a graduate of the 2010 class of Leadership Dayton. He has been chosen by the Dayton Business Journal as one of the top 40 business professionals under the age of 40 in Southwest Ohio and has been selected as an Ohio Rising Star by the Law & Politics Magazine every year since 2006. Additionally, Wright was recently named partner in charge of FI&C’s growing Cincinnati office.
Rhinehart has participated in various aspects of the firm's litigation practice, focusing on state and federal class action defense, and is experienced in defending federal securities fraud claims, as well as mass tort claims. Rhinehart is an active member of local and national bar associations, as well as the local legal community. In 2006, she co-founded the Dayton Bar Association's 5 for the Kids, 5K race to benefit CARE House, an advocacy center for child victims of abuse and neglect. Rhinehart serves as Assistant Editor of The Young Lawyer, the official publication of the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. She is a prolific author for both local and national legal publications and has also authored work published by the Dayton Business Journal and the Dayton Bar Association. In addition, in 2010, she was appointed Assistant Editor of TYL, the official publication of ABA's Young Lawyers' Division, and served in that role for three years. In 2013, she was appointed Managing Editor, and will serve as such through the 2013-2014 term. Finally, Rhinehart is also an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law.
