DAYTON and CINCINNATI, OH —May 23, 2024 – Faruki PLL (Faruki+) is pleased to welcome their new summer clerks, Arabella Loera, and Delaney Cook, who recently joined the firm for the summer 2024 term. Arabella will be resident in the firm’s Dayton office and Delaney will be based in the firm’s Cincinnati office. Each will bring distinctive views and experiences along with diverse academic and professional legal work experience.
Arabella is a rising 2L at the University of Dayton School of Law. She graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Studies. While completing her degree, Arabella interned with the Ohio Innocence Project, which offered her a valuable and unique legal work experience. Additionally, Arabella was a member of Dayton's mock trial team and was identified as the only competitor in the nation to achieve a perfect score at the American Mock Trial Association's regional and national qualifying tournaments. At law school, Arabella serves as Academic Chair of the Black Law Student Association and as Vice President of the Federal Bar Association on the student executive board.

Delaney joins Faruki from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Delaney has spent time as an intern with the City of Cincinnati Law Department. At the University of Cincinnati, during her 2L year, Delaney served as an associate member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review, and she will assume editorial member responsibilities this fall for her 3L year. Delaney graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Science.
