Selection is by invitation only and is comprised of the nation’s most exceptional trial lawyers for high stakes legal matters. After initial consideration and minimum qualification are met, only the top 100 qualifying attorneys in each state are selected each year for membership among "America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators."
Candidates for "America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators" must have litigated a matter of at least $2 million in alleged damages or with the fate of a business worth at least $2 million at stake. Candidates are then assessed by a diverse variety of criteria, including the attorney’s lifetime legal achievements, professional experience, significant case results, reputation, client satisfaction, media notoriety, community impact, and other awards received. The most efficient and effective high stakes litigators are then identified and ranked among "America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators."
Jeff Ireland is a founding partner of Faruki PLL and has tried cases throughout the United States in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on employment, trade secrets, competitive issues, advertising and class actions. He is listed in the 2020 edition of Best Lawyers of America, is Best Lawyers' Lawyer of the Year, and has been recognized each year by his peers in the Ohio Super Lawyer pool. Jeff was also listed in the 2020 edition of Benchmark Litigation as a "state litigation stars." Jeff is currently the firm's managing partner.
