The Power 50 award highlights the top female business leaders in Dayton from a variety of industries who have made a large impact on the Miami Valley. The Dayton Business Journal hopes that the list will encourage more women to make a difference in their community.
Erin has been named among the Top 100 High Stakes Litigators for several years. She is a Dayton Business Journal “Under 40” Hall of Fame inductee, has been recognized by Super Lawyers, and named to the "40 & Under Hot List" by Benchmark Litigation.
Erin leads Faruki’s media and communications practice, which includes First Amendment issues, online and traditional defamation, public records, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, open courts, branding, advertising law, social media, and certain privacy issues. She also represents clients in a variety of state and federal consumer and mass tort class action lawsuits. The remainder of her practice includes assisting clients as they navigate various contract issues.
